Mental Health First Aid.
Learn to be a Mental Health First Aider with Suzanne, either as an individual or with your organisation. Mental Health First Aid is a registered qualification that will give you the skills and confidence to respond to emotional crisis, and it will help you to learn to manage your own wellbeing.
Mental health skills for managers. This excellent half day course, is now available for managers.
The Adult MHFA refresher course, online or classroom delivery is also available now for delivery.
This Two day Mental Health First Aider course for Adults or Workplaces is professionally facilitated and delivered by Suzanne and is available throughout England and can be delivered flexibly to meet your needs, spread over weekdays, weekends or evenings.
The One day and Half day MHFA, and Refresher adult courses are also available, for organisations with limited training time.
The Two day Youth Mental Health First Aid course (for professionals working with ages 8-18) and the Higher Education one day course (for people attending or working in Universities) are also now being delivered.
