Stress management About This course can be delivered for one hour, ninety minutes, two hours or as a half day workshop. It is designed for workplaces to help employees enhance their stress management skills and knowledge. This informative training session will teach sustainable working practices so employees can maximise their working time, whilst also examining how to have a good break from work.
